Where players become Irish.

About Us

The Dublin Irish didn't start because someone built a program. It started because a group of parents refused to let their kids go without one.

When Scioto High School lost its hockey program, families in the Dublin School District faced a choice: accept it, or build something better. They chose to build. The Dublin Irish Hockey Association was born from that moment — from the belief that every kid in this district deserves a place to play, compete, and grow, regardless of where they come from or what they can afford.

That belief still runs everything we do.

Today, the Irish field both a Varsity and JV team, drawing players not just from Scioto but from schools across the region who are looking for something different: a program that leads with loyalty, values the player over the roster spot, and treats every family like part of the team. We fund scholarships because we mean it when we say every kid belongs here.

We're a young program, and we know it. But we're also one of the fastest-growing clubs in the area — because word travels when a team plays with something to prove and a community that shows up for each other.

Welcome to the Irish family.
